An invitation to slow down and reconnect with the essentials.

Join us for a morning that celebrates the simple things that help us flourish: movement, nourishment, conversation, reflection, and community.

Led by Christopher Pryde and created in collaboration with Victor Huynh, Back to Basics is more than a Pilates-inspired class - it's an exploration of what it means to begin again.

each 50-minute Pilates-inspired Sculpt class is designed for all levels. After class, you'll take home a handmade artisan loaf, baked by Victor Huynh - a simple everyday bread made with flour, water, salt, and yeast - as a reminder that meaningful things often begin with very little.

Together, we'll explore the basics that help people flourish:
•    Movement through Pilates
•    Nourishment through a freshly baked artisan loaf, made by Victor Huynh
•    Connection over coffee or tea
•    Reflection in an art gallery setting
•    Belonging through shared community

We hope you'll leave feeling grounded, connected, and reminded that sometimes the fundamentals are enough.
