Underscore Projects was created out of the necessity of creative spaces in the city and the importance of places for collaboration among artists in different medium.

Since its inception, Underscore Projects has always been about providing creatives with affordable studio spaces where they could collaborate and get inspired. While we’ve had short term studio users before, we felt a need of long-term studio members for further connection and collaborations.

We currently have day use studio options without commitment as well as one long-term studio available for rent.

Our second floor studio is available for rent. Below are the details:

-Private 480 sq ft

- 24h access

- Lots of natural lighting

- Balcony facing Dundas on the 2nd floor

- High speed wifi 

- Private washroom and kitchenette
